Portfolio perfomance

Over the past week, the DIC portfolio has recorded a return of +0.81%, compared to +1.08% for the IBEX 35 and -0.22% for the EuroStoxx 50.

Highlights of the week

Notable gains: Banco Santander (+5.50%), Caixabank (+3.97%), driven by better-than-expected earnings releases.

Notable declines: Cellnex Telecom (–8.68%) after announcing a capital reduction through share redemption, and Vidrala (–7.50%) due to weaker profits, although they decided to maintain their forecasts.

Relevant news

The Fed lowers rates to 4% (from 4.25%).

The banking sector continues to drive European stock markets, leading the weekly momentum.
